Participants will review two chapters: the introduction and a chapter of your choice based on the Q10 elements. Upon registration, you’ll receive the introductory chapter, which lays the foundation for the Q10. Sign-up by October 19, 2024 in order to receive the introduction chapter.

Dr. Talisa Sullivan has been an educator for close to 25 years, serving learners, teachers, staff, families, and the community across five large counties in Southern California. She specializes in serving marginalized populations who have experienced intergenerational inequities and marginalization.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Teaching Credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Cal State San Bernardino, and a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on Urban Leadership from Claremont Graduate University.
She serves as the Founder, CEO, and Lead Consultant for Transformational Leadership Consulting Services (TLCS) and has delivered keynote speeches at local universities and school districts as well as served as a breakout session speaker at several major conferences. She is also the creator of the Quantum 10 (Q10) Framework and Conference called the Quantum Ten (Q10).
